The dual airfryer is the worst

The dual airfryer is the worst. Do not buy it. I bought it from Morrison at a discount. I also bought because it was 7l. The one I had was smaller. Absolute disaster. I only used it for about a month and it started having issues. It's only the roast function that works all the time but the airfry and other functions don't work. Horrible decision buying this airfryer.

Progress dual air fryer.

Progress dual air fryer.
Was working fine for a few weeks then we noticed the right hand window had cracked and the elements were no longer heating. The only heat was coming from the lamps

Not even 6 months old!!

Well, this is just appalling. Have used this quite a few times with no issues then all of a sudden no heat!! It's not even 6 months old!! Surely if 1 element has gone the other side would work?? Clearly a thermostat or circuit board issue as I clean it after every use.

Don't buy!!

Update: After they asked for my contact details (which I supplied within an hour) to get in contact with me (6 days ago) they haven't bothered to get in touch at all. All a ploy. Absolutely disgraceful. And yes, I've checked my spam and junk emails.

Never buy it

Progress air fryer. It hasn't been even be useful for 5 uses then I exchanged another one in Morrisons it was the same.. very useless... Don't buy it..

Bought as a present in Morrisons on…

Bought as a present in Morrisons on Black Friday discount. Worked great until just after Xmas when the right hand heat stopped working. Muddled through by turning but cooking time doubled. Now, the left has gone, can still choose program, machine just doesn't cook after less than eight months.

I bought my air fryer progress 7 Litre…

I bought my air fryer progress 7 Litre from Tesco in Westport in Co mayo I had it for one month and it’s not working now I wish I had seen all the bad reviews on trust pilot my god there are bad I went in to Tesco and they said they couldn’t replace it I don’t want the money back just a working air fryer because 28 days was up I paid for it by card I did not get a receipt because you have an option to have a receipt or not my opinion was not to take the receipt that is not my problem that is Tescos problem

Side two stopped working

Only have this airfryer 2 months and side two doesn't work. Very slow to cook food. Very disappointing.

I bought 2 air fryers one for myself…

I bought 2 air fryers one for myself and one for my daughter. Both are not working now, disappointed not to mention the inconvenience is utmost

Worked great for about a week

Worked great for about a week
Now not heating properly and takes over 40 minutes to cook simple snacks like nuggets and chips.
Disappointing
Will have to purchase a new air fryer as it’s costing too much energy to cook food

Faulty

Purchases this airfryer from Tesco another 3 months ago. Started playing up a few weeks after, constantly turning off, 1 side was working on and off then the other side stopped. Now it doesn't work at all. Don't waste your money. It's obviously faulty product because everyone has experienced the same thing.

Disappointed

I purchased this dual airfryer from tesco approximately 2 months ago the no 2 tray stopped working completely after about a month and now both trays have stopped working no heat what so ever very disappointed I wasted my money

Faulty and won't heat at all

Progress Air Fryer Faulty

I purchased the progress air fryer from Morrisons and side 1 has stopped working completely and side 2 does not cook the food properly either, I think that this product is a waste of money.
