Very pleased to visit the. Thornbury branch as got advice on the product i needed to buy. as quite a cnoice on the website, and I needed that input. 2 very helpful young ladies , the product was there at very competitive price ao I escaped having to use Amazon, and was able to get advice, see the product and get on with my taak at once.

Screwfix Essentials 16 inch Stand Fan
Staff as always helpful, sociable and polite! I have just bought the Essentials 16" Fan (Stand type). It was easy to put together and is a robust fan. Good value for money and really good product. My last experience of such a fan was very disappointing which I had bought from a Supermarket store and put me off until now. I will go back and get another one for the bedroom tomorrow.

Les offres sont alléchantes, le site est buggé. J'ai créé un compte hier pour acheter une tondeuse au moment de payer en PayPal ça plante (confirmé par le service client screwfix bug récurrent) aujourd'hui j'essaie de me connecter depuis mon portable l'authentication semble fonctionner mais pas de chargement de mon profil utilisateur. Changez de presta !!! Moi franchement ça ne donne qu'une envie allez voir ailleurs.

Site inutile car sans stock sérieux mais racolle les clients avec des promos à -20% mais lorsque vous voulez valider la commande, l’article est autant indisponible en retrait qu’à la livraison !!!
Totalement inutile sauf pour eux à essayer de faire le buzz mais surtout pour faire perdre du temps au profs…

Kyle is knowledgeable, always helpful and cheerful,
Great service from Kyle @Bracknell. Needed to sort air-conditioning ducting and add further length which was reduced diameter to aluminium pipe . He found all the connectors and knew exactly what i needed to connect safely. Saved me time and hassle , much appreciated.

I have used Screwfix for years and thought they were a straightforward honest company, but if you have a problem don’t bother contacting them, as all they do is answer your email with flannel, then if you try to get them do something they then just ignore your emails. They don’t care what they sell if it’s up to scratch or not.

Paid 5 euro for a delivery to my door…
Paid 5 euro for a delivery to my door in Dublin. Got a call I could go 3 miles away to collect it and get my fiver back as I wasn't home!! Id no delivery notice just some clown happy to tell me I could skip the walk 50 minutes away and that's 'convenience', 5euro for weed preventor fabric..are yiz having a laugh

Always helpful and polite
The staff in my local branch are always unfailingly helpful.
Visiting a DIY shop for those of us who are not tradesmen and don't always know the technical term for what we want can be a bit daunting but the staff here never make you feel in the slightest daunted.

There sprint options are terrible
There sprint options are terrible, there is a store 8 minutes drive away but couldn’t get due to time constraints.
So tried to order and surprise surprise they do not deliver to this area..
This is pretty much everywhere I try.
Save yourself time and use Toolstation…. Delivery everywhere and longest I’ve waited was an hour.

We do offer the usual delivery options to an address of your choosing and we are continuously growing. Scewfix is broken. Muliple failed deliveries for £300 purchase. Useless customer service told me to ring the courier myself! Crew on site. Long time customer. Lost a huge amount of money. NEVER AGAIN

missing item
One of my 4 items was missing. Very poor packaging; all items, mainly my cordless oscillating multi-tool, were dumped in a flimsy box, not supported with paper or anything similar. I contacted CS and was told it'd be delivered either Monday or another day or just call us again. Utterly DESPICABLE company!!!

Non-existent support/customer service
Ordered some bit for plumbing on Sunday. It was after the cut off for next day dispatch which was fair enough so I expected it on Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon it still hadn’t arrived in store so I call their support who guaranteed it would be there on Tuesday. I received no text message from them to collect. By the evening I had called back and asked for the order to be cancelled as I needed the parts. I later find out that the order hasn’t been cancelled at all. I’m not sure what support they think they’re providing but it appears to be non-existent. Also, in-store staff should be trained on what they’re selling. If you’re new to DIY or are not as confident, they should be at least able to help you, otherwise I might as well buy from Amazon.

Ordered a light bulb £1 cheapest available for my lamp. The item it's self is excellent however customer service is not.
Ordered on-line click and collect the payment was authorised by my bank however it didn't show as going through on Screwfix system so had to do it again
A text message stated for me to take my card that I paid with that I didn't show. That I was never going to show as it's none of their business. I've since got the rewards app that the text didn't make much sense about. That has the QR Code for a card not sure if I've missed out on points however a complaint has gone in with a second part to follow.
Got their stated click and collect so gave last four digits. 2 minutes claimed the guy there was another shop assistant going "Do we need this" to try to put me off.
Instead I checked the item to make sure it was correct. It was. Items is great but customer service is very poor.
Staff was so talking down to another woman in front of me.
The male customer behind me wasn't been talked down to.

Ive used Screwfix for years and its becoming apparent its going down rapidly. I wanted an item but more quantity than any lical store had i was tild tontravel to 4 different stores to collect it. SF not really for trade any more more DIY
