Web site continues to misleading…
Web site continues to misleading showing fire wood crates full to overflowing with logs whereas in reality crates are delivered less than full.

Very good and helpful
Ordered my winters pellet, easy to do, but I forgot to put restricted access. I rang to add it to my order, I was told it had been added,but when the delivery company called to arrange delivery luckily I checked, it had not been added.
Had this happened I would have given 5*.
The delivery company did not do so well but the problems we sorted out by Niki Hamnca. My grateful thanks to her.

Reliiable quality
Reliiable quality, the logs are very dry, and are wrapped in plastic on the pallet so cannot get wet after delivery until plastic removed.
One negative--some are too big and need splitting.

Very unhappy with my delivery today the…
Very unhappy with my delivery today the pallet the pellet’s were stocked on was much smaller than previous ones and it had collapsed as part of it was missing. This meant that my order had to be manhandled off the 15 ton truck by the driver and my wife and I who are approaching 70 years old. Four bags damaged one completely lost

We completely understand how upsetting and frustrating this experience must have been. You and your wife should never have been put in a position where you had to help unload your order, particularly given the weight of the pellets and the fact that you're both approaching 70. That simply isn't the experience we want for our customers.
We're also sorry to hear that the pallet had collapsed because part of it was missing, resulting in four damaged bags and one being completely lost. This is clearly not the standard we expect from our warehouse or delivery partners.
One of our Sales Advisors has already been in touch to request photographs of the damaged pallet and bags. Once we've received these, we'll be able to investigate the issue fully and work with you to put things right as quickly as possible.

Two pallet order
Two pallet order agreed with customer to be delivered last Thursday. Delivery was no show, one pallet then arrived on Friday. Second pallet arrived on Monday after phoning White Horse Energy to chase up. This messed up our plans we missed the 2nd delivery that is now blocking our trailer and requires a lot of extra effort to get into storage. The good news is there is very little damage to the pellets on this occasion.

Having one pallet delivered on Friday and then needing to chase us before the second finally arrived on Monday is far from the seamless service we aim to provide.
We're especially sorry to hear that the delays disrupted your plans and left the second pallet blocking your trailer, creating additional work to move it into storage. We appreciate that this inconvenience could have been avoided with better coordination on our part.
