From beginning to end everything was completed when they said they would and the lads who fitted the carpets where in and out within 1.5hrs and cleaned up as they went will definitely be using again

Waited in the entire day for these to come to my home they never turned up and there excuse was I didn’t reply fast enough to there message I would definitely not recommend this company what a waste of my day definitely don’t use these

I had the pleasure of meeting Leon from your Birmingham team today when he came to measure up for my new flooring, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Leon was incredibly patient while I took my time choosing the right laminate colour, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the visit, explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions.

He made the whole experience feel relaxed, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. Leon is genuinely a lovely person and a real credit to your company.

Do NOt Use this cowboy company!!!..I read the reviews before going ahead which seemed OK...it has been a nightmare since the guy came out and measured the hall stairs and landing carpet too short ...then something happened with the fitter so had to wait another 2 weeks then got told he was rushed into hospital however they didn't have another fitter for another week in this time my grandchildren were visiting and I had to put their shoes on as the strips had to be left down for new carpet meaning the very sharp tacks were sticking up which I fell on and split my big toe on another good will gesture given but yet again came to yesterday when fitters came to fit carpet guess what...it didn't fit and was too small.At this point I had totally lost the plot with them and asked for a full refund as I am not giving them the business or booking another date for something else to happen...this has been going on since MAY...40.00 deposit was meant to be in my bank today which I'm still waiting for all day and am debating going to trading standards!!!!

Timeframe was different to what originally I was told. And they no longer refit the doors. Very inconvenient.

when the carpet fitters arrived they was really nice and respectful towards myself and my daughter. thats very important to me especially when there coming into my hone. they cleaned up all the carpet trimmings put it all into bin bags and put them at the side of my bin. so yeah i was very happy with my carpet very professional.they deserve to have five stars.

You get what you pay for i guess. Sales persons quick to come out, measure up and quote. Whole website is super misleading honestly, there IS a credit limit of 1000, anything above this has to be paid in the initial deposit. Then they require you pay 1 full month before they will book you in for fitting. Again, this was misleading. They tell you you can book a fitting date, when its actually 'week commencing' and then you just kind of hang around and hope to receive some kind of update on when the fitters will come. We had multiple messages from Easipay saying it was an 'all day slot' but my husband had to chase the fitter himself to ask for times, we were told 12-3. Fitters rolled carpet out ACROSS THE ROAD and didnt wear any kind of shoe protectors. Upon cleaning up, seems like a very loose fitted carpet. All in all, i wouldnt recommend or use again.

Dave is brilliant couldn’t recommend him enough but fitters not so much, moan about doing work which is asked and wouldn’t even put wooden door runner on

Booked in for a carpet fitting, you wait over a week to be given an appointment at the start of the week, that appointment is an all day slot then to be told on the day of fitting they wont be coming till next week due to a break down but wont rearrange other work for work he has missed? Awful company. Needing 2 days booked of work to fit a carpet is a joke

Quick easy and efficient, carpet feels really good underfoot and has made a massive difference to our home

I paid for new carpets which were poorly fitted. The company agreed the fitting was unacceptable and arranged a return visit to rectify it. On the day of the appointment I waited in all day. The fitter didn't respond to calls or texts, and although the office said they would contact him and provide an ETA, I never received one. I was left waiting until the end of the day with no communication. I simply wanted the carpets fitted properly and expected better customer service. Very disappointing. This is taking way too long to resolve, almost 2 months now since fitting.

Edit: it's now 2 months on from original fit, fitters came out to "fix the issues" yet I'm still left with loose carpet edges and poorly cut corners, poor sloppy finish, and for some reason my repeat requests to receive a full refund so I can get the job done elsewhere is repeatedly being ignored. Avoid this company. Fitters also told me I'm "picking at details" I don't think that's acceptable given the awful job they continue to do.

Could not recommend this company enough, absolutely fantastic experience with them and my new flooring is fantastic! Payments are fair and catered to you, the quality of the flooring is outstanding my whole experience with this company has been smooth and fast.
