I wanted laminate flooring but got recommended vinyl flooring as its more hardworking if you have dogs was only down a month and my dogs manage to rip it up so obviously it was slightly raised in a corner for my dog to rip it up then I told them and they said if I want new flooring it will be extra on top of the £83 a month I'm paying for 6 months so I'll be paying £167 so basically I'm still paying for the flooring that didn't even last a month no discount nothing

We’re unable to locate any previous report of an issue with the flooring, so we haven’t had the opportunity to inspect what has happened or discuss this with you directly.
From your review, it sounds like there may be an issue that needs looking into, particularly regarding the flooring lifting and the circumstances around this. We’d really like the opportunity to investigate this properly and see what we can do to help.

Good carpets and payment options.
Ordering the carpets was quick and easy. Good selection to choose from. Fitting was arranged quickly after first payment received. The fitters were fast and did a great job. Carpet and underlay is good quality.
Payment are fair.
Would recommend Easipay carpets and will be using again.

Well as a single mum who struggles and no family around me easipay carpets was a great idea!! Monthly instalments, Great quality carpets, Nice and friendly staff talk you through payments and what you can afford. You get to pick what you like at your own budget just brilliant for people who carnt afford upfront payments. The guy who fitted was quick and did an excellent job. Would recommend to everyone. :) xx

Quality carpet and brilliant customer service.
From start to finish they have been easy as they are called to work with. First visit to see the samples wasn’t pushy in anyway, everything was explained. The carpet installers were lovely, I called to get a rough time and they were there when they said. The carpet is stunning, super good quality and fits beautifully. I will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service, they don’t care and speak to you like a child. The fitters damaged my walls put bubbles in my flooring in 3 different rooms and told me it will go down the more I walk on them, I wanted to make a complaint but couldn’t they offered me £100 off as a ‘good will’ when I’m paying nearly £2,000 they all speak down to you and don’t have no care for any customer as it’s just a job for them, not professional never would use again or recommend!

My experience with your company was good. Your staff were helpful and understanding of the issue I had with the carpet fitter not turning up on the said day, and then sending me a text message at 7.30pm that he was not coming, after I spent the whole day waiting for him and wasted an annual leave day. I wasn't happy about it.

From beginning to end everything was completed when they said they would and the lads who fitted the carpets where in and out within 1.5hrs and cleaned up as they went will definitely be using again
